Business Help Desk

Business Help Desk Program is running in Ratnanagar Chamber of Commerce & Industry (RCCI) in assistance with International Labor Organization (ILO) and Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FNCCI) since 2015 with the aim to promote and encourage the development of local enterprises by identifying their specific needs and business requirements. Business Help Desk provides information, consultancy and training, in fact, all services necessary to start, upgrade, strengthen and promote small and medium enterprise and women entrepreneurs.

Objectives

  • To promote and encourage the development of local enterprises by identifying their specific needs and business requirements.
  • To strengthen and promote small and medium enterprise and women entrepreneurs.
  • To provide counseling and facilitates Pre Start up Services, Startup Services, Post Start up Services.
  • To organize the registration and membership campaign.
  • To inform government rules, regulation and process, legal provision on enterprise registration and taxes and so on.

Activities

Pre Start-up Service

Providing government rules, regulation and process, legal provision on enterprises registration and taxes and studying and analyzing about market status/possibilities.

Startup Service

Providing advice in getting business permit, PAN & VAT registration, business insurance as well as helping SMEs and women entrepreneurs for credit access.

Post Start up Service

Helping for entrepreneurship development, tax deposit process, business renewal, lobbying in business friendly environment with local environment.
